From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome by Jan & David. Our unit was absolutely beautiful - clean, spacious, light & beautifully decorated. Even the common areas, spa/swimming pools & grounds are kept immaculately. We will definitely be back - hopefully for a bit longer next time.

Thought the appartment was very well set up and nice and clean. Lacked a table and a couple of chairs on the balcony but had lots of other homely touches that were appreciated. Great views and staff friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at the Contessa. The apartment was just lovely - clean, spacious(we took a teenager so needed extra space) and close to everything.
The inviting front desk went out of their way to help. The foyer was well decorated and the atmosphere was very relaxing.
The outdoor pool was huge. We didn't get time to try the indoor pool but managed to walk through while exploring.
We plan to return!

We had a lovely stay in apartment 173 on 17th floor. We couldn't fault the apartment which was very spacious & the view was excellent. Our 7 days at Contessa were relaxing, the close proximity of the beach, restaurants,and shopping, made our holiday very enjoyable. Staying at Contessa was certainly a pleasure for our whole family!

Generally we enjoyed the apartment for the locattion and the facilities that it offered. They were of a very high standard. The grounds and cleanliness of the exterior and interior foyer and lift areas were fresh and very clean. Our apartment, although roomy and reasonably clean, is in need of a thorough cleaning and some modernising. Some new beds and a kitchen makeover is needed. Minor repairs to lights and cleaning of carpets and lounge. Also the television was crackly and the sound was awful.

I was extremely happy with my accommodation - the room was beautifully decorated and maintained. There was nothing I would change! I plan on returning next year.
